Our advantage:

1, Raw Materials Advantage :
We use 175*175 H steel for our log splitter and it is much stronger than the 150*150 H steel which used by other companies. The weight of 150*150 H is about 31.9 kg/m ,and 175*175 H steel is 40.3kg/m . The H steel length of unit is 1.69 m, so our H steel is with additional 14.2kg .
2.The Wheel Advantage:
The wheel we used is DOT certified and could run at a speed as high as 130km/hour on the highway. But other company used the poor quality wheel , according to the law of some country,poor quality wheel are not allowed driving on road.
3. Cylinder made by our own workshop:
The cylinder is produced by ourselves , and the seals are also produced by our own mold. We own do all the whole machine processing, assembly,and testing. The quality is under our control and we could guarantee the quality.
4. Special Process For Cylinder Piston Lever
Cylinder piston lever we used is strictly in accordance with the process, tempering (a way of heat treatment), lathe rough, lathe finish, rough grinding, accurate grinding, electroplating, polishing.But other companies skip the tempering and other work stage. Although the appearance looks like the same,after customers use for a period, The poor quality piston lever will be out of shape and it couldn’t auto reset .
5. Comprehensive Test System :
Every hydraulic accessories of our products have all been detected by our test quipment .Only pass the test we will transfer to assembly. When we complete the whole unit assembly ,we will test the log splitter operation.
6.Processing Equipment Advantages:
We have the advanced processing equipment for producing line and they all other companies do not have. Two sets Laser Cutting Machine, one set Hydraulic Bending Machine and one set CNC bending machine. The equipment could maximum ensure the machining accuracy of steel metal.
